Dip It Real Good

All you have to know is this:
Spinach + Artichokes + Cheese = Mandatory Superbowl Dip

When we were snowed in this weekend (and by snowed in, I mean 2 inches of snow - hey, it's North Carolina!) - I made this dip and I think its cheesy goodness is the only only reason we made it through the blizzard of 2010.

I will definitely be making this again for
Sunday's Superbowl Soiree.

Perhaps in a bread bowl a la the King's Hawaiian website:

Kraft's Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Make It!

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX all ingredients; spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Make it for your Superbowl partay...

it'll be a TOUCHDOWN ;)
